Sonny Bill Williams' next boxing opponent admits he'll get pounded on Saturday night.
Millionaire pub heir and former The Bachelorette TV star in Australia, Stu Laundy, is hoping the All Black will take it easy on him in the ring.
"I'm nervous, I'm scared. He's a very big boy, but you know what? I think he's such a genuine human being that he'll take it easy on me," Laundy told the Daily Mail Australia.
"He'll still give me a pounding I think."
The 45-year-old Australian will take on Williams, 33, in the 'Banger Under The Hanger' charity dinner fight night in Sydney on Saturday night.
The NZ Medical Association wants an immediate ban on boxing.
"Some call it brave, I might call it stupid, but I've been throwing drunks out of pubs for 30 years," Laundy said.
"Sonny's got me in bulk and muscle... and probably athleticism as well. But I've done quite a lot of sparring throughout my life. I've had experience throwing punches."
Williams has the backing of New Zealand Rugby for the bout despite returning from the All Blacks' Northern Hemisphere tour with a shoulder injury in the test against England on November 10.
